Stirred Crazy Creations Coconut Cashew Butter ~ A Review

Smooth, creamy, sweet, nutty, and infused with a coconut flavor, are just a few of the ways I would describe this nut butter.  Stirred Crazy Creations create homemade almond and cashew nut butters, using lightly roasted tree nuts and seeds.  All of the nuts and seeds used in their products are ground until creamy.  Their products contain no additives or preservatives, and are manufactured in small batches to insure quality.

Stirred Crazy Creations was kind enough to send me a free sample of their coconut  cashew butter to try and review.   This butter contains cashews, sugar, safflower oil, coconut extract, salt.  It is 181 calories, 11g total carbs, and 5g protein  per 2Tbsp serving size.  It is perfect eaten alone, or incorporated into a variety of dishes.

I decided to create two recipes using this nut butter.

Coconut Cashew Butter Parfait

I made a parfait using homemade granola made with the nut butter.

Strawberry Coconut Cashew Butter Smoothie

I also made a smoothie, using the nut butter as one of the ingredients.

Although I only received their coconut cashew butter, Stirred Crazy Creations nut butters also come in the following flavors: cranberry walnut almond butter, pumpkin spice almond butter, salted almond butter, unsalted almond butter, salted cashew butter. All of their butters comes in 9oz jar containers, and can be purchased directly from their site.

Overall, I truly loved this nut butter. The smooth/creamy texture, the overall sweetness, and the infused coconut flavor, made this butter an absolute treat to eat. I loved adding this nut butter into my oatmeal, as well as my daily smoothies. There are a ton of nut butters on the market right now, but I can hoenstly say this one is one of my favorites.

Enjoy!!
