Lemony Lettuce Roll-ups Salad #SaladJam Bento #55

#SaladJam #10 is a lettuce roll-up.

All you have to do is add some thinly sliced red bell peppers and shredded carrots inside a romaine lettuce, and top with some cilantro.  Roll up tightly and place on a skewer.  Then drizzle some lemon vinaigrette over it.
