Strawberry Chia Pudding Smoothie

Since my chia pudding was such a hit, I decided to make another dish incorporating the chia pudding.  I still had quite a bit of my chia pudding left over, so to use it all up, I decided to make it into a smoothie.

Strawberry Chia Pudding Smoothie

I loved the creamy consistency, and the slight nutty flavor the chia pudding added to this smoothie.  Chia seeds are such a great source of Omega-3 and fiber, and I love finding new ways in which to incorporate it into my diet.  For me, the easiest way is definitely in a smoothie.

Strawberry Chia Pudding Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
3/4 cup coconut chia pudding
1 frozen banana sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
agave sweetener (to taste)

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
