Chicken nuggets seem to be a staple on many restaurant menus. I don’t mind my kids ordering chicken nuggets from certain restaurants, but I prefer making them myself. In doing so, I know exactly what my kids are eating. I recently made my kids a batch of chicken nuggets for dinner, and they loved them so much, they wanted me to pack some for lunch the next day.
In their LunchBots Duo, I packed japanese potato salad, corn on the cobb, homemade chicken nuggets with BBQ dipping sauce, sliced watermelon, and a Go-GURT. Their lunch boxes came home totally empty, so I know they truly enjoyed their lunch.
