Welcome to The ROXX Box!!  While living in Japan, I developed a love for bento box lunches.  I loved how easy they were to prepare, and the variety of foods they offered.  Over the past year, I became tired of the junk my kids were consuming at school, and decided that this school year, I would prepare them fast, and nutritious bento box lunches for school.  In my blog you will find pictures, recipes, and a weekly lunch planner, to help make lunches easier.  I hope my blog will help inspire you!!!
