For #Saladjam #11, I kept it simple by making an avocado and tomato salad. All you have to do is add diced avocados and slice cherry tomatoes to a bowl.  Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt/pepper.  It’s great alone, or as a side dish. Enjoy!! Rox
